ST-1 SERIES |
Standard
color is silver. Cast aluminum construction with 1" outside
diameter cast nylon pulley on 3/16" stainless steel axles. deigned to
slip over the top of the flagpole and secured by three 1/4" -20NC stainless
steel set screws . The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament
with a spindle threading 1/2"-13NC as standard. The ornament is
secured to the truck with a size 10-32 stainless steel pan head
screw. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 1/4".

stainless steel set screws . The top of the truck is designed to accept an
ornament with a spindle threading 1/2"-13NC as standard. The ornament
is secured to the truck with 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set
screw. The recommended maximum halyard diameter is 5/16".

OT SERIES |
Standard
color is silver. Cast aluminum construction with cast nylon pulley (1
7/16" outside diameter on OTH, OT1 and OT25; 2" outside diameter on
OT2, OT3 and OT35) on a 1/4" stainless steel axle. Designed to
slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured with stainless steel set screws
( one 1/4"-20NC on the OTH; three 5/16-18NC on the OT1, OT2, OT25, OT3 and
OT35). The top of the truck is designed to accept an ornament with spindle
threading of 1/2"-13NC as standard. The ornament is secured to the
truck with a 10-32 stainless steel pan head screw. The maximum recommended
halyard diameter is 5/16".

RTC-1 SERIES |
Standard color is silver. Cast aluminum construction with a 2" outside
diameter cast nylon pulley on a 1/4" stainless steel axles. The
bottom portion of the spindle is designed to fit over the top of the flagpole
and is secured with three stainless steel set screws (1/4"-20NC on the
RTC-1-2 & 5/16"-18NC on the RTC- 1-238). The top of the spindle
is designed to accept an ornament with threading of 1/2"-13NC. The
ornament is secured to the truck with a 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set
screw. For ease of rotation, product lift and strength, these trucks
utilize self-lubricating ball bearing assemblies. Recommended maximum rope
diameter is 5/16".

is secured to the top of the truck with a 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screw. For ease of
rotation, product life and strength, these trucks utilize stainless steel self-lubricating ball bearing
assemblies. Recommended maximum rope diameter is 5/16".

| Flagpole Caps |
Cast aluminum construction designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured with three 1/4'-20NC stainless steel set screws. The top of the cap is designed to accept an ornament with a spindle threading of 1/2'-13NC as standard but can be supplied with other sizes of threading or no threading.

| Flagpole Top Adaptors |
These adaptors are used in mounting a truck that has a spindle threading of 1 1/4" NPT and the pole does not have a threaded to plug installed. the adaptor is tapped 1 1/4" NPT and is designed to slip over the top of the pole and secured by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws.
